What is Covered By The Warranty
This Warranty covers original defects in materials and workmanship in the following products: Nanik® designer wood blinds (“Product”) are warranted against original defects in materials or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product provided that:

  1. The Product is properly installed, operated and maintained.
  2. The Product was made or assembled exclusively from Springs Window Fashions LP (“Springs”) materials and components.
  3. Springs’ recommendations were followed regarding limitations and specifications.

Obligations to the Original Purchaser
Springs, at its option, will repair or replace, at no charge, for the original purchaser or use, a Product or part of a Product that it determines to be defective. Repairs will be made with like or similar parts.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover conditions in or damage to the Product caused by accidents; alterations; misuse; failure to follow instructions for measurement, installation, use, cleaning and maintenance; natural causes such as exposure to sun or inherent defects; catastrophic events such as fire and lightning; any parts or services furnished by anyone other than Springs or someone it authorizes; and normal wear and tear. When exposed to sunlight, wood finishes may fade or discolor. All cords will eventually wear out. Wood Products contain natural variations in color and grain and may have slight warping. Use of Wood Products in locations with high humidity may cause excessive warping of wood slats. The foregoing effects are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered by the Warranty.

THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY PROVIDED BY SPRINGS FOR THE PRODUCT. ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY LAW ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE OWNERSHIP BY THE ORIGINAL PURCHASHER OF THE PRODUCT. CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL AND INDIRECT DAMAGES ARE EXCLUDED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WHETHER UNDER THIS LIFETIME WARRANTY OR UNDER ANY WARRANTY IMPLIED BY LAW. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Other Rights
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

How To Obtain Warranty Service
Warranty service for a defective Product may be obtained by contacting Springs at the address below. To receive warranty service, You must provide an original sales receipt or other credible proof of purchase, model and identification numbers and details regarding the nature of the defect and the location of the Product.
